If the product is supplied and not to your satisfaction you have the right to a refund, credit or exchange up to 14 days after the date the order was delivered. After 14 days returns will not be accepted. Returned goods must be in an original undamaged saleable condition and returned within 14 days for inspection prior to a refund being issued.
You will be required to cover any return postage and packaging costs and we reserve the right to levy a charge to replace damaged or defaced packaging
All returns are to be accompanied by your name and address, account number, order/invoice reference number and reason for return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc. These will be required in the event of a claim with your carrier.
Please contact us with any problems of shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time we may not be able to process your claim. If possible please can you take photographs of the damage or shortages.
We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return
In the unlikely event the goods are not as described/faulty or does not function as described please contact us and our customer service team will provide a fast and efficient response to your problem.

.Please contact us before leaving negative feedback or low ratings as customer service and your satisfaction is very important to us.
