This enables us to have complete control over the entire manufacturing process.

Items were good quality. However one of the lamps arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The seller arranged a collection for the agreed day but unfortunately the driver arrived while I was on the school run. At this point the seller then asked me to arrange the collection with their courier myself! I’m sorry but I don’t expect to be asked to arrange logistics on behalf of an eBay seller. All this over an item costing £11, surly let me bin the damaged item and send me a new one.
