In 18 years of using eBay my worst experience. A seller who refused a cancellation request despite it being made immediately after making the order (late at night). Then posted the item with a tracking number that didn't work meaning I had to refuse delivery of all royal mail packages that week, the package was returned to sender by Royal Mail and now no response on the refund. As an aside I cancelled the order because the specs of the product do not match the description. Avoid. Go elsewhere.
