or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for

Should you have any problems
* If you do not receive your goods within 7 days.
* You have items missing or your goods are damaged from delivery.
Please contact us immediately via the contact us page. If you do not contact us within seven working days
from date of receipt, we may assume your goods have been delivered in perfect condition.
If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery they will take
your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for a duration of time depending on the delivery
service used. If the package has not been successfully delivered or collected from the depot within the
time scale given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If your order has
been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued
for the order less any costs incurred by us if there was genuine failure on your part to make arrangements
for goods to be obtained or received.
We use established delivery services such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL and UK Mail
among others depending on the service required. If you have a special requirement, conditions or request
in relation to the delivery service you require please be sure to inform us before placing your order.
