From the suppliers own admission the incorrect item was sent. On contacting them they agreed to forward the correct item. The problem now was the conditions imposed in having the original item returned. If only they had paid as much attention to detail in dispatching the product I ordered. Doing this I would of been satisfied with the whole transaction. I bought a sofabed not packaging but this seemingly was more important than my satisfaction.
