Great customer service , my item arrive soaking wet through and was unable to use it , this wasn’t sellers fault due to royal mail delivery looked like it been drop it puddle , this company sorted it out and gave me a refund with there apologises even though wasn’t there fault , hope they can claim back from Royal mail with photos I sent them , definitely recommend the company great customer service and sort your problem out asap

Delivered, thank you . would suggest putting in a gift box of some sort even if it meant adding to the price as being posted in an envelope placed between two pieces of cardboard can lead to being broken in transit and it means now i have to find gift boxes now too. Despite my small gripe they are pretty cute and were delivered promptly thanks.

as described, super quick delivery, recommended seller - unfortunately heavy rain this morning meant my postal delivery was incredibly wet and the card contents within the paper envelope package are now damp - currently trying to dry it out so I am able to use it for the purpose purchased - would kindly suggest you consider alternative waterproof packaging to avoid this situation in future?
