Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your order/contract at any time upto 7 working days after the day of delivery.
To do this please email us or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation.However,a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future. If you cancel,you must return the goods to us at your own expense.You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequatley to protect against damage. If you fail to return the goods,we will collect them,and we will charge you the direct cost of the collection.If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us,and this results in damage or deterioration,we will charge you for the reduction in value. This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example ,if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Who Pays Return Postage?
Items that are unwanted / wrong size/colour or items returned under warranty for repair or replacement - BUYER must cover return postage
For items being swapped in size or colour the BUYER must cover the postage costs of sending out the replacement item.
Items which have not been used and arrived damaged or faulty - WE will cover return postage
Small items such as reels / tackle we recommend using - Royal Mail 1st class or Royal Mail Recorded for items of high value.
Large items such as rods we recommend using - Royal Mail Parcel Post (if under 1.5m in length) or Parcel2Go (if over 1.5m in length)
