Available delivery services depend on size and weight of ordered items as well as the delivery destination.
It is customer’s responsibility to check the delivery address is complete and accurate when making the order.
Received goods must be checked upon receipt.
All parcels must be signed for unless courier, at their discretion, delivered to a secure location.
Failure to take delivery may result in extra charges (re-delivery fee or its equivalent deducted from a refund)
All returns must be authorised by our Customer Services Team.
Goods must be received by our Returns Department within 14 days from the authorization.
If the goods returned are not in condition ‘as received’, we will not accept these back.
Damages and Faulty Goods
You must send photo evidence so we can assess the damage and report this to our suppliers, so the damaged goods can be rectified.
We will always be able to send parts or a replacement item, but however If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, and you want to cancel the order for a refund the item can be returned under our return policy for unwanted items, which will be at your own expense.
Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a handling cost of £2.95, or up to 10% whichever is greater will be given upon all conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the goods.
If we are required to replace and collect the faulty item, it is your responsibility to be at home and hand the package to our courier. The collection will be Monday to Friday anytime from 7.00am to 8.00pm
All our deliveries are carried out using external carriers. Once we have dispatched your goods, you should normally receive them within the timeframe of the delivery.
However, while we maintain a close relationship with our delivery companies, and will attempt to rectify any delivery problems as soon as possible, their operation is outside our control. In the event of a delay in delivery of your order or a mistake in the order itself, we accept no liability for any associated expense, loss of profits or other losses incurred whatsoever.
Late delivery does not entitle you to terminate the purchase from us, or refuse to accept delivery.
