Plants did not arrive promptly. Majority of plants OK, but numerous were small/undersize, the sellers answer was the 'height' includes the roots. This is not stated in the description, if that was the case, it should have said length; misleading ! A few were also sad looking and not sure they will survive? This was an order of in excess of £1000, also I have made numerous previous orders, I would say their customer care is seriously lacking, disappointing. Please read advertisements carefully.

Really pleased with this apple tree and delivery within 72hrs. It was sent bare rooted as described but I panicked when I saw the packaging on arrival (cellophane wrapped) This packaging actually protected the tree really well (fruit buds were intact) and I could likely get apples off this tree this year. Thanks for an amazing service and a healthy as described fruit tree.
