We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, if you are not happy with your item you can return it to us within 14 days of the date you received it. Please email us ASAP for return details, once we have received the item back which must be in its original unopened condition we will issue a refund. Please note we do not pay for return postage, it is your responsibility to return the product to us. If your item should arrive damaged or faulty, please message us with the details. We will ask for a photo so that we can make a claim, this also saves time and money on returning and postage. If the item is found to be faulty or damaged we will either send a replacement or a full refund plus postage costs. Any item that is to be returned to us must be sent by 2nd class recorded post or via My Hermes Courier, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for the item being lost in the post.
