Returns Policy

We operate a friendly, reasonable returns policy that abides by current UK distance selling regulations.

Before proceeding to return any item to us, always contact us here before doing so as the situation may be resolved in alternative way that is still suitable for you but avoids sending a whole item back to us.

Returns - General
1.1 All returns must be packaged adequately and we must be informed of your intention to return items under all circumstances.

1.2 You have the right to return any item, please ensure prior to purchase that the item you have selected is suitable for your needs. All returns will be subject to our scrutiny prior to refund or exchanges being made.

1.3 We reserve the right to only accept and process items returned packaged safely and securely.

1.4 Proof of postage is required in all circumstances in relation to returned item disputes.

1.5 It is your responsibility to ensure that a) you obtain proof of postage for each individually returned item b) you package the items securely c) all return postal fees are paid. Failure to do so may result in our inability to process your return.

1.6 Include with your return all of your purchase details so we can process your return quickly and efficiently.

1.7 All returns must be sent to All Pond Solutions Ltd, Unit 203, Riverside Way, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2YF.

Unwanted Returns
2.1 Unwanted items must be returned within 14 days of accepted delivery in the exact condition in which they were despatched. Items returned showing signs of usage will be subject to scrutiny before any form of refund is initiated. Any unwanted item found not to be in good order as supplied may incur additional charges that will be deducted from the overall refund total.

2.2 All return postage costs in the case of the item being simply unwanted must be covered by you.

Faulty Returns
3.1 Faulty returns returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of accepted delivery.

3.2 Notification of faulty items after 30 days will be resolved via the items warranty.

3.3 Always contact us about faulty items before any return is started as most issues can be resolved without needing to return the item.
