About Postage

Goods are dispatched daily within 48 hours of payment ( Monday – Friday ) via DHL, PARCELFORCE & ROYAL MAIL, on a 3 - 5 WORKING DAY ( Monday – Friday ) delivery service. This service is for the vast majority of the UK mainland. If you live in areas covered by the following postcodes --- AB31 & above, DD8,DD9,DD10, FK8 & 3, FK16,17 & 21, PH10 & 11, PH13 &14 --- the same postage cost is charged & the item is still dispatched the same, but on a 3 - 7 working day delivery.

Combined purchases - we will combine postage on buy now listings. For any all Auction style listing we do not combine postage.

We deliver to Northern Ireland, British & Scottish Isles, Scottish Highland, Channel Isles & Southern Ireland, Europe & WORLDWIDE

Please email for a postage quote BEFORE YOU PURCHASE AN ITEM.

All deliveries require a signature. Should a delivery be attempted and no-one is available to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left at the address. Please contact them direct regarding re-delivery & a second attempt to deliver should then be made on the next working day ( Mon - Fri ).

If a parcel is returned to us after a card has been left at the address & no response has been received, you the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. This amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched. There will be no exceptions whatsoever.

Please note collection is not possible on any eBay purchases. All deliveries require a signature. . Please note that we will only deliver to the address that your payment card is registered at.

We can only accept paypal payments with confirmed addresses any payment from a unconfirmed address will not be accepted.

Please do not pay us with e-cheque if paying with paypal these take on average 10 days to clear.

FEEDBACK if you have 0 feedback you must pay instantly - if you have less than 90% feedback please do not purchase goods from us with out our authorisation.

IMPORTANT Please ensure that a valid phone number is included with your address so that the courier can contact you if necessary regarding your delivery.

Other Terms and Conditions

If your item is damaged in transit please contact stating your ebay item number, buyer user id, delivery address & details of the product fault and/or damage. we must be notified by email within 48 HOURS of receipt of your item if the item is damaged or faulty. No exceptions will be made whatsoever. The delivery manifest must be signed as "damaged".

All products are covered by a manufacturer guarantee. THIS DOES NOT COVER ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY MISUSE WEAR & TEAR.

Returns Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. However in the event that the product is not what you expected the following applies. You MUST email before returning anything to us.

Please Note: Bespoke and Personalised Items

Goods where the Seller Description states "This item or garment is made on a per order basis so please note returns policy on personalised goods." or similar wording means that the item or garment is a bespoke personalised item. In other words it is made especially for the buyer after the buyer has committed to purchase it. For this reason we will only offer a 10% refund if the item is returned. Furthermore we will not pay for return postage. Nor will we re-send such items to buyers who decide to keep such items after they have returned them to us. Whilst this may seem harsh it is fair when one considers we will not resell any such items - they will be disposed of.

Goods returned for a refund must be returned with in 14 days and must have the prior approval of the seller.

Goods returned for a refund remain your property until received at Ahead Solutions; we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

If you have purchased something on ebay and found you have made a mistake you can return the item for exchange - if you require a refund we will only refund less our 25% restock fee to cover our ebay listing fees - ebay commision - packing costs - and administration.

The customer will be totally responsible for the cost of the item being returned.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. We will only refund payment once we receive the item back in the same condition in which it was sent to you. We strongly recommend you use a traceable or signed for delivery option. Otherwise if the item goes missing we will not refund you. If the item is received back opened or in a 'lesser condition' than it was sent to you then we may only agree to a partial refund.

Returns Policy

We can not cancel ebay winning bids or buy it now items - if you bid & win - you must pay. Those are the rules of ebay. Please retract bid before end of auction if you wish to cancel your bid.
