What if I order on a bank holiday?
If you place an order before 4pm on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday where the Monday is a bank holiday, your order will be sent on the Tuesday.
What can I do if I do not like my purchase?
Not a problem. Our aim is to keep you as a happy customer and we are always willing to exchange an item for something different as long as the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to you. Some products such as software related products, headphones and styli are dealt with on an individual basis but please contact us and we will help you as much as we can.
