I have had a bad experience with this seller over this item I ordered it and it was NOT fit for purpose it was NOT as advertised ...so I tried to return it and he penalized me by expecting me to pay the return postage when clearly I didn't receive in the first place what I had ordered ...the outcome was apparently because I had filled in the return and basically given the wrong reason and he wasn't prepared to do anything about it ..very very disappointed I will not use this seller again 🤬

After a shakey start to delivery and an email to company I received a phone call on 3rd April from Stemik Gaming. They tracked the parcel and got onto courier who delivered that day, late afternoon. It was totally the fault of the courier who were saying they attempted delivery when they actually hadn't, driver confirmed this. Really 1st class attention to problem and the bowls are perfect. Couldn't be happier! Susan
