The bottle arrived open, packaging all wet. I complained about this and they offered me to send a smaller sample to compensate for the loss which it does not make any sense to me since I use this product for internal use and desinfectant and I won't be using it because it was open and i am not sure if it was contaminated with other sustances.
I bought 1 litre that won't be used as mentioned and they offered me a 500 ml sample to compensate. Rediculos !
