The item I received did not fit my car - the listing said compatible but it did not fit. The error lay with the seller. The customer services representative was happy to accept the items back for a refund, but I had to pay return postage. It took several messages and eventually I had to involve PayPal to get the postage refunded. I would not recommend the seller. The box was also opened previously and taped closed, so perhaps I'm not the first person to get these wipers.

I bought a set of Bosch windscreen wipers which were delivered very quickly but there was a small bracket missing. I sent a message to the company and they were very apologetic and said they would send me the bracket that was missing and because they didn`t have a bracket on it`s own, they would send a new wiper set with the brackets and I would not have to return anything. I thought that was fantastic and very generous, I am more than pleased with them and will definitely buy from them again

Item ordered, on the 7th December, they finally managed to pack the item and get it in the post by the 12th. It now the 18th and still no item. The post office say it was badly packaged and addresses. 11 days after order and still no item. I had ordered a couple of items off the same seller at the same time. All were very late is being shipped out. The cost was on the Shipping is the terrible. Very low grade seller i will always avoid going forward. Bad comms with seller
