Stated it had been despatched but was sent 36hrs later after paying for Royal mail 24hr service ... 3.. Poor packing which resulted in the case been broken... 4.. Responds to emails about 2-3 days later... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST I'VE ENCOUNTER IN MY 20 YEARS ON EBAY, NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !

Just keep getting messages asking to send pics of damage/ condition, even after sending several times. Quite clearly just want to wash their hands with the matter.
