My item was only in transit after my delivery window closed! I had asked why it hasn't started moving before then and had no reply. I still haven't had any reply! My cot from a different seller arrived four days ago, and I timed their delivery windows to coincide, but STILL haven't received the mattress. Maybe they are punctual at non-busy times of the year, but then their holiday schedule should be accounted for in their estimated delivery date. Misleading. Would not buy from again.
