First order-seller did not sell me what was advertised, this was confirmed after getting it checked with a jeweller. Returned item. Placed another order-seller promised this won’t happen again. Ordered 0.3ct diamond studs for £300. After another check by a jeweller, seller did not sell me 0.3ct vs specifications. Infact they eventually admitted diamonds were not 0.3ct!! Shocked to say the least. They would have taken my money!Please have your items checked as this has happened to me twice now.

She initially expressed a desire for larger diamonds and exchanged her earrings. Upon receiving it she claimed that an independent jeweler had graded differently, she couldn't provide any evidence to support this claim. We offered her a full refund for the earrings, but she declined and insisted on keeping it for a partial refund. We provided a partial refund of £130 to her satisfaction which she initially asked, after receving the amount she again asked for £40 and threatened us with a negative
