Sent the wrong item so I contacted them to let them know. They asked for a picture of what they had sent me. As the camera on my phone is broken,I told them I could not do this. Asked for a photo again and suggested I MAY be trying to steal from them! I suggested I just return them. Had to get ebay involved to get a refund. I now have a refund and two emails saying they have resent the original item and I still have the wrong item even though I have twice requested a S.A.E to return them!

That is completely false and the messages prove this. YOU told eBay we were trying to not refund you when we asked for a photo of what you had been sent. We refunded you in good faith without knowing what you had been send as your camera conveniently was broken.

Item arrived in very poor condition. Contacted the seller who stated it was down to post even though it was sent totally unwrapped. Also I had to select positive otherwise I could not leave negative feedback

The item did not arrive in "poor condition " the photos you sent of the packaging shows some slight tears to the edges which has occurred during transit. Packaging (plastic surround and cardboard back) covers the item and is there to protect it which it did. The slight tears to the cardboard did not warrant a complaint or negative feedback.
