We work hard to provide great products & good service to our customers so your feedback is very important to us. Mistakes do happen - we are only human! If we have made a mistake or you are not happy with our products or service then please email us & give us the opportunity to resolve your issue before you leave us neutral or negative feedback.
We sell many items each day so it is not practical for us to leave feedback manually for customers. Our feedback is left automatically by an eBay tool on receipt of your feedback. We do not leave feedback for customers before they leave feedback for us as some customers do not want their purchases displayed in their feedback list if they are buying presents or they do not want everyone to know their clothing size. If you do not wish us to leave you feedback then do not leave feedback for us.
We realise that clothing sizes differ from one manufacturer to another so if your purchase does not fit we can help you to find an alternative size or product. We are happy to exchange items within 30 days of purchase providing that they are returned in the same condition as when they left us with all the tags and packaging.
There is no need to contact us before returning an item.
If you post an item to us then please include the original paperwork or a copy. Please write on the paperwork the reason for return & whether you would like an alternative size, an alternative product or a refund.
We recommend that you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office when sending returns. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost.
